All web development, homestay booking integrations, and design work are conducted under agreed written scopes, timelines, and deliverables confirmed via WhatsApp, email, or official project agreements.
Upon final payment, full ownership and licensing rights for custom code, templates, and designs created for the client are transferred to the client. Kushal reserves the right to showcase non-confidential project screenshots in his portfolio.
Freelance projects typically operate on structured milestones (e.g., upfront commencement deposit and final balance upon staging sign-off). Invoices are payable via UPI, direct bank transfer, or standard online payment channels.
Projects may utilize open-source frameworks (Astro, React, Tailwind CSS) and third-party APIs (WhatsApp Business, YouTube API, Cloudflare). Clients remain responsible for any third-party subscription or hosting fees.
Services are provided with industry-standard best practices. In no event shall Kushal Adhikary be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party hosting outages, DNS changes, or client data loss.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of West Bengal, India, with jurisdiction in Siliguri.
